There are 3 provincial campsites in the region, Saltery Bay, Okeover Arm and Inland Lake, all within minutes of excellent biking trails. You will find more campsites, private and municipal, all along Highway 101 and Hotels, Motels and Bed & Breakfasts are also there for those riders who need a little more comfort after a long day in the saddle.
The Powell River area of the Sunshine Coast offers many challenging rides for off roads. The close proximity of forests to the town lets riders be on a trail within minutes. Whether you are looking for a nice family paced ride around the Inland Lake Provincial Park Trail or the challenge of the ever changing “North Shore” styled Tower Trail...

Popular trails like Far Side Trail, Suicide Creek and Boogey's Trail make for awesome bike adventures. Even the most hard-core riders will find excitement and challenges as well as outstanding scenery in our backcountry forest trails. Trail maps are available at the Visitor Centre in Westview at Crossroads Village Mall.
